Pattern: See chart. The pattern is seen from the right side.

Garter st, when knitting flat: Knit all sts, all rows.

Knit 3 rows stockinette st (1st row = right side), P 1 row (right side row) (folding edge) - measure the piece from here, then 4 rows stockinette st. Establish pattern on the next row as follows: K 1 (edge st knit in garter st throughout), 2 sts of Pattern 1A, 76-84-92-100 sts of Pattern 1B, 3 sts of Pattern 1C, K 1 (edge st knit in garter st throughout). Continue in pattern as established until the piece measures 14 cm [5.5"]. Change to larger needles and 1 strand Cotton Frisé + 1 strand Glitter; knit stockinette st to finished dimensions. When the piece measures 33-35-38-40 cm [13" - 13.75" - 14 7/8" - 15.75"] bind off for armhole at each side every other row: 3 sts 1-1-1-1 time, 2 sts 1-2-3-4 times and 1 st 2-4-5-6 times = 69-69-71-73 sts. When the piece measures 45-48-50-53 cm [17.75" - 18 7/8" - 19.75" - 20 7/8"] bind off the center 15-15-17-19 sts for the neck. Bind off the center 29-29-31-33 sts for the neck. On the next row bind off 2 sts at each neck edge. Bind off the remaining 18-18-18-18 sts on each shoulder when the piece measures 52-55-58-61 cm [20.5" - 21 5/8" - 22 7/8" - 24"].
