SCARF:
Crochet 37 ch with crochet hook size 7 mm/US 10½ and beige mix. Continue in STRIPES – see above – AT THE SAME TIME crochet as follows:
Row 1: Crochet 1 dc in 4th ch from hook (= 2 dc), 2 dc in next ch, 1 dc in each of the next 13 ch, skip 4 ch, 1 dc in each of the next 13 ch, finish with 2 dc in each of the last 2 ch = 34 dc. REMEMBER THE GAUGE!
Row 2: 3 ch - see CROCHET INFO - 1 dc in first dc, 2 dc in next dc, 1 dc in each of the next 13 dc, * skip 4 dc, 1 dc in each of the next 13 dc, finish with 2 dc in each of de last 2 dc. Repeat row 2 in stripe pattern until piece measures approx 190 cm / 74 3/4''. Cut and fasten threads.
CROCHET BORDER:
Crochet with crochet hook size 7 mm/US 10½ and purple/violet mix round scarf as follows: * 1 sc, 3 ch, 1 sc in first ch, skip 1.5 cm / ½'' *, repeat from *-*, and finish with 1 sl st in first sc.
